Mastercard Launches Lionel Messi Card in Central Asia for the First Time Together with MBANK

Mastercard and MBANK announce the launch of a unique product for football fans and those who value exclusive banking solutions. For the first time in Central Asia, the Messi Mastercard Gold card has been introduced, featuring the global football icon and Mastercard ambassador Lionel Messi. The card symbolizes the connection between finance and world-class sport, offering cardholders a chance to become part of a global football event.
The new Messi Mastercard Gold features a unique design with Lionel Messi and includes a one-of-a-kind card number that is not repeated anywhere in the world. To celebrate the launch, Mastercard and MBANK are introducing a large-scale campaign: customers who pre-order the Messi Mastercard Gold card in the MBANK mobile app between March 16 and April 10, 2026, will automatically enter a prize draw.

Promotion mechanics are simple: each pre-order is assigned a unique sequential number. Winners are determined based on predefined numbers:
